Horwich RMI AFC Club Philosophy for youth football is focus on developing the health and well being of all children, through the sport of football, within the community of Horwich.
Work on children individual development and progression through enjoyable coaching sessions and games throughout all age groups, ensure that they continue in the game throughout adulthood.
The clubs is also focused to ensure that adult football grows within the local communities and to offer good competitive level of football for all to enjoy. The priorities outlined here are a set of guiding principles for coaches within the club and how each coach is to focus there training for each age-phases.
